親愛的客戶您好，由於代理至今仍未能確認實際到倉日期，而廠商方面亦已表示相關貨品將延至8月底才可出貨。基於目前情況，我們將對所有受影響的預售訂單作出以下安排。

 

預售單是指原定於6月底至7月份到倉的訂單：

 

如訂單同時包含現貨及預售貨品： 我們會先安排現貨出貨。由於代理仍未通知確實到倉及送貨時間，我們目前未能保證貨品可如期或延後出貨，因此，預售貨品不會保留。

 

如為純預售訂單： 訂單將不會保留，原因同樣是代理仍未通知確實到倉及送貨時間，我們目前未能保證貨品可如期或延後出貨。

Dear Customer, as the distributor has still not been able to confirm the actual warehouse arrival date, and the manufacturer has indicated that the relevant goods will only be shipped in late August, we will be making the following arrangements for all affected pre-order orders.

 

For reference, pre-order orders refer to orders originally expected to arrive between late June and July:

 

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items: we will ship the in-stock items first, while the pre-order items will be cancelled. As the distributor has not yet advised the confirmed arrival or delivery schedule, we are currently unable to guarantee whether the items can be shipped on time or at a later date.

 

For pre-order only orders: the order will be cancelled as well, for the same reason that the distributor has not yet confirmed the arrival or delivery schedule. At this stage, we are unable to guarantee whether the items can be shipped on time or at a later date.
